The Multi C / Retinol Peel is generally considered a medium level peel containing (Multi Fruit Acid, Lactic, and Glycolic Acids), suitable for most skin types particularly mature dry, and sun damaged skin. The depth of this peel is determined by the number of layers applied during application and the tolerance level of the skin it is applied to. It is recommended that new users begin with 1-3 layers for a light/medium peel. Generally 4-6 layers will result in a medium/deep peel and 7-8 layers can result in a deep peel.
SKIN CONCERN: Multi C / Retinol Peel is suitable for most skin types particularly mature dry, and sun damaged skin. Sensitive skin types should consult with a skin care professional to determine if the Multi C / Retinol Peel is an appropriate choice for them. Avoid use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients listed. Not recommended if you are currently taking a prescription for Retin A, or if you have open sores, and have any viruses. ALWAYS USE A SUNSCREEN following chemical exfoliation.
How to Use
Prep the skin by cleansing face with Glycolic Age Diffusing Cleansing Gel. Pat dry. Tone with Anti Aging Glycolic Toner 7%. Apply Multi C -Retinol Peel evenly coating desired area keeping away from eyes and nostrils. Immediately repeat application of Multi C / Retinol Peel to the desired number of layers. (1-3 layers for a light peel) (4-6 layers for medium peel effect) (7-8 layers for a deeper peel effect). Once applied wait 1 to 3 minutes then begin removal with tepid water rinsing the entire area several times to make sure all of the peel is removed. Follow with Redness Rescue or Delicate Skin Calming Gel Mask, a desired moisturizer and a sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher.
DOWNTIME: Mild to Moderate depending on how many layers are applied and the tolerance level of the client's skin.
